Is there a free plan?
Yes. BoostHive is free for one brand with three accounts and 30 posts a month, with no card and no time limit.
Which currency will I pay in?
Prices are shown in your local currency. Your workspace keeps the currency of its first payment.
How long can I pay for?
One month, or prepay 3 months (5% off), 6 months (10% off) or 12 months (two months free).
How do I pay?
By card, or with Mobile Money (MTN, Orange) where it is available. The plan switches on as soon as the payment is confirmed.
What happens if a payment is late?
The plan keeps working for 7 more days. After that the workspace falls back to the Free plan's limits; nothing is deleted.
Why do X posts use credits?
X charges apps for every post. Pro and Agency include credits each month: one per post, fifteen for a post with a link. More can be bought in packs.
